Dayak male ancestor figure "Hampatong"
collected from the Ot Danum tribe of west Borneo, such statues were
erected outside the long house to commemorate a deceased relative
and protect the community against malevolent spirits, it has a very deep
weathered lichen patina from age due to more than a century under the
heavy tropical rains of Borneo.Height : 92 cm / 36 inches
