Standing male ancestor figure
collected from the Ot danum tribes of central Borneo, Palangkaraya,
Kapuas river.Locally called hampatong tajahan this sculpture was kept inside the house to
commemorate a deceased relative, carved from a single piece of
ironwood with a reddish patina.Height : 59 cm / 23 inches
